Tested under the harsh Australian sun. Fabric does not change colour or become sticky over time.   SEAMS Seams are overlapped by one inch and reinforced with seam tape both outside and inside for extra protect-ability. To maximize adhesive strength, we use Polyurethane glue that guarantees high durability and protection from heat and sea water.   INSIDE CHAMBER Inner baffles on Island boats not only keep individual air chambers completely sealed for safety, but also are designed to equalize air pressure between the chambers. MARINE PLYWOOD For transom of lsland boats, we use marine plywood which is specially designed for marine applications.
